Questions

What does conversion optimization do?

Conversion optimization is the work of making it easier for a visitor to do the one thing your site is for, such as booking, calling or sending an enquiry. Whether that happens on your home page, a landing page or a booking page, we map the path from arriving to that action, remove what is in the way, and set it up so the action is counted properly. The exact scope is agreed for your project.

How much does conversion optimization cost?

Every project is quoted on its own, because businesses start from different places. The fee, what it covers and how it is billed are set in your signed agreement, and no figure is binding until it is. A call is the quickest way to get a real number.

Can you promise a conversion rate?

No. A conversion rate depends on your offer, your market and who visits as much as on the site, so nobody can honestly promise one. Our terms say so plainly: we warrant no particular conversion rate, lead volume or other business outcome. What we do is the work, and an honest read of where you stand.

What is the difference between SEO and conversion optimization?

SEO is about being found; conversion work is about what happens once someone has arrived. A site can be easy to find and hard to book from, or the other way round, so the two are planned together, and we start by looking at the path your visitors take today.

What is a sales funnel, and do I need one?

A funnel is the path from someone first finding you to the moment they book or enquire. Every business has one, designed or not. For many service businesses it is short: arrive, look at the work, choose, book. We map yours and set up what is needed to see where people stop.

What is a booking flow, and what is lead capture?

A booking flow is the steps from wanting something to a confirmed appointment, and lead capture is the form, call or message that reaches you. We build both into the site so they are a tap away from every page, as on the OLLIN Salon site across three locations.

Do I need a new website for this?

Not always. Some changes belong to the booking path or the form on the site you already have, and others are easier as part of a rebuild. We look at the path your visitors take today and tell you which it is.

How will I know what is working?

Each stage a visitor passes through, from arriving to booking, is counted on its own, so you can see where people stop rather than only how many arrived. A click on a button is not counted as an enquiry, and we check the count against your real enquiries before anyone relies on it. What the numbers say depends on your visitors; nobody can promise in advance what they will show.
