The scope conversation covers which pages and features the site needs, such as location pages, booking or a store, who supplies the photography and film, how revisions work, and what hosting and care look like after launch.

Every project is quoted on its own, because no two are the same size. The fee, what it covers and how it is billed are set in your signed agreement, and no figure is binding until it is. A call is the quickest way to get a real number.

The timeline is agreed for each project, and it depends mostly on the scope and on how quickly the content arrives. We start building as soon as the essentials are in, and your first draft is a working site you can open on your phone.

Nobody can honestly promise that: search engines and AI assistants are run by other companies and change how they rank and answer without notice. What we do is build the site so they can read it and understand what you do, and set up your search presence properly. Search takes time, and we say so up front.

Yes. Before anything changes we record how your current site, domain and email are set up, so the move does not break your email. Your domain stays yours throughout.

You own your domain name, your Google Business Profile, the content you give us and your customers' data. If we part ways you receive a static export of your site, and we never hold a domain or data back in a dispute. The rights in the design and code themselves are set in your signed agreement.
